چکیده

We discuss the unexpected enhancement of the N * electroproduc-tion on nuclei recently observed in the (γ * , pπ −) measurement. A mechanism which is able to explain this result is proposed. To clarify the situation, we suggest to perform a new kind of experiment within well specified kinematic conditions. Recently a measurement has been reported [1] of the (γ * , π − p) reaction in the second resonance region (W ≈ 1530 MeV) at different values of the invariant mass W and of the missing momentum p m. This provides valuable information on N * electroproduction and propagation in nuclei. In the same work the data have been compared with theoretical expectations based on a

Coherence Effects in Diffractive Electroproduction of ρ Mesons from Nuclei

A systematic multiple scattering formalism for vector meson electroproduction from nuclei is developed, with emphasis on the formation, propagation and hadronization scales for quark-gluon fluctuations of the virtual high-energy photon. The theory is compared to HERMES measurements of ρ electroproduction on 14 N. The nuclear transparency as a function of the vector meson propagation length is w...

Finding Electrostatics modes in Metal Thin Films by using of Quantum Hydrodynamic Model

In this paper, by using a quantum hydrodynamic plasma model which incorporates the important quantum statistical pressure and electron diffraction force, we present the corrected plasmon dispersion relation for graphene which includes a k quantum term arising from the collective electron density wave interference effects (which  is integer and constant and k is wave vector). The longitudinal ...

Implication of Quantum Effects on Non-Linear Propagation of Electron Plasma Solitons

We have studied the electron exchange-correlation effect on thecharacteristics of the two-component unmagnetized dense quantum plasma withstreaming motion. For this purpose, we have used the quantum hydrodynamic model(including the effects of a quantum statistical Fermi electron temperature) for studyingthe propagation of an electrostatic electron plasma waves in such th...
